Indulge in Culinary Excellence: Top 4 Restaurants I enjoyed in Eilat

Eilat is not just a city of sun, sea, and beautiful beaches. In recent years, it has also become a thriving culinary center, with a wide variety of excellent restaurants for every taste and budget.

After a long period of reserve duty, I decided to take a short vacation in Eilat with my family. The plan was to stay at a hotel with breakfast and look for good restaurants for lunch and dinner. I didn't expect to find a city with such a rich and diverse culinary scene.

During the vacation, we tried several restaurants, and four of them left a special impression on us:

1. Veracada

Veracada is an Italian-Mediterranean chef restaurant that offers a creative and varied menu. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and stylish, and the service is courteous and professional. We especially enjoyed the sea bass fillet in sage butter sauce and the pasta in mushroom sauce.

2. Pastory

Pastory is an authentic Italian restaurant that specializes in fresh pasta and handmade pizzas. The place is small and intimate, so it is recommended to book a place in advance. The pasta in Bolognese sauce was simply excellent, and the children also enjoyed the pizzas very much.

3. The Thai Corner

The Thai Corner is a small, family-run restaurant that serves authentic and delicious Thai food. The place doesn't look like a regular restaurant, but the atmosphere is warm and family-like, and the food is simply excellent. It is recommended to try the Pad Thai dish and the green curry.

4. HaMitbachla

HaMitbachla is a restaurant-bar that serves excellent burgers, steaks, meat dishes and more. The place is uniquely designed and inviting, and the atmosphere is lively and young. We especially enjoyed the classic hamburger and the fried chips.

In conclusion:

Eilat is a great city for a vacation, with a wide variety of attractions, activities, and entertainment. In between, don't forget to also dedicate time to an unforgettable culinary experience.

Additional recommendations:

  • If you are looking for a romantic restaurant, you should try "The Last Refuge".
  • For fish lovers, I recommend "The Wharf" restaurant.
  • If you are looking for an authentic Japanese restaurant, you should try "Sakura".
